Your therapy may be just a handful of sessions to process through events and feelings, learning tools and gaining confidence. You may need longer than that, and we will discuss a fitting cadence for our appointments.

Many times people just need to feel the feelings to heal them. They need to talk about it, write about it, get it out of their minds and hearts. Our bodies hold emotion and as we express ourselves, we free up space in our mind and body.
